Payment

Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, BACS, Credit Card or Debit Card.

Cheques should be made payable to: Ping Ping Jewellery Ltd., Full payment must accompany all orders.

Damaged goods and returns

Items that are damaged in transit must be returned within 7 (seven) days, accompanied by details of item code number, invoice date and invoice number. Items will be replaced or credited if the damage occurred prior to delivery or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Ping Ping Jewellery reserves the right to refuse to credit items that are damaged due to wear and tear or abnormal use.
