Delivery
Orders will be dispatched by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or other courier service within 2 working days of receipt, subject to availability.
There will be a £9.50 charge for postage and packing on all orders between £100.00 and £300.00 (ex VAT).
Orders under £100 may be sent using Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Service at a charge of £5.00 (depending on weight).
Orders over £300 (ex VAT) will be sent carriage-free.
Overseas deliveries will be charged at £15 per consignment for all orders under £500.
We cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late or non delivery of goods.
If goods are not received within one week of payment, Ping Ping Jewellery Ltd. should be notified as soon as possible.
Damaged goods and returns
Items that are damaged in transit must be returned within 7 (seven) days, accompanied by details of item code number, invoice date and invoice number. Items will be replaced or credited if the damage occurred prior to delivery or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Ping Ping Jewellery reserves the right to refuse to credit items that are damaged due to wear and tear or abnormal use.
